Space rents range between $750 and $900 per month depending on the size and location of the space. This includes water, sewer, trash, and recycling. A 12 month lease is required.
Our spaces run up to 6,000 sq'. and can accommodate any size tiny home or park model RV up to 400 sq' with room for a yard, covered patio, gardens, decks, cabanas, hot tubs, etc.. Tenant is responsible for setting, leveling, and connecting their home to utilities provided at each space. All Tiny Home RV and Park Model RV homes should be built to ANSI 119.2 and/or NFPA standards. This is commonly signified by a RVIA, NOAH, or Pacific West sticker on your home.
We strive to have a great community atmosphere where the neighbors know each other. All homes are owner occupied. We do not allow subleasing nor short term rental of your home.
Water, sewer, trash and recycling is included in the monthly rent. Our street "Buena Onda Way" will be plowed as needed. Tenant pays for Electric through La Plata Electric, cable/high speed internet if desired by Spectrum. Internet speeds start at 200mbs and can go as high as 1gig.
We have eleven spaces that are 36’ wide eleven spots that are 50’ wide. They are 100’-138’ long depending on the space. Water, Sewer, & Electric hook ups are at the rear of each space. 50 and 30 amp plug in RV style electric. Park models requiring 100 amp may be hardwired. 1 pet is allowed per 36' wide space and 2 pets are allowed in the larger 50' wide spaces.
We generally have a wait list. You may fill out an application and we will notify everyone on the wait list when a site becomes available.
We do not sell or rent tiny homes, however from time to time a tiny home does come up for sale here by the owner. Check out Facebook marketplace in the area or tiny home listing sites for any tiny homes for sale in our community.
Applicants must fill out an application for each resident to be placed on the wait list. When a spot opens the cost is $29 per person for the background check, credit history, etc.
